medicusmundi and the Alliance for Health will hold on September 2, 2022, at 5:00 pm, the Special Session of the ACTIVA-TE Film Festival on "The Main Challenges in the Exercise of the Right to Health in Mozambique", at the School of Communication and Arts at Eduardo Mondlane University (ECA-UEM).

 

The Film Festival will be projected in a special way to UEM students, with the main objective of contributing to the education and awareness of citizens about Activism and the Right to Health.

 

At the session, the film: “Calças”, directed by Paulo Guambe will be screened.  The projection will be followed by a debate, with the presence of:

 

 • Paulo Guambe, Filmmaker and Higher Education Teacher

 

 • António Mate, Human Rights Defender and collaborator of the Citizen's Observatory for Health

 

 And the moderation of:

 

 • Miranda Munhua, Health Communication Specialist and National Communication Technician at medicusmundi
